Hello!
Samantha Hamilton Stent
Acupuncturist & Herbalist
I practice Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine and am completely in love with what it can do to help fertility! I spent many years working in the pharmaceutical industry and during that time, while trying to get pregnant, I had acupuncture. I found it incredible and couldn’t quite believe the difference it made in practically all areas of my life. At that time in my life two worlds collided – my increasing fatigue with corporate life and my growing curiosity to learn more about Acupuncture, and its overarching framework, Chinese medicine. So, I dived in to complete a 6-year training to become an acupuncturist and herbalist and am so glad I did because everyday coming to work feels like a joy; one that is endlessly fascinating, intellectually demanding, wholly absorbing and incredibly rewarding.
My own fertility journey felt long and tortuous and it took me 8 years and a LOT of help to conceive my 2 daughters with IVF. During that time I had 4 cycles of IVF before eventually becoming pregnant. I know first-hand what it feels like to have to battle to achieve something that many other people seem to find so easy, but I also know the unparalleled joy of receiving the news that finally, finally, IVF has worked.
Now, even though my baby-making days are behind me and my daughters are getting bigger, I have not lost touch with what it means to struggle to get pregnant and it is one of the greatest joys of my professional life that I can help people on their journey to parenthood.

Nadine Fernandez
Reflexologist
I have been practising as a reflexologist for over 20 years and have done a huge amount of treatments on women trying to conceive (and of course in pregnancy). Reflexology has such a lot to offer; easing stress, relaxing the body, re calibrating the hormones and sits beautifully with other holistic therapies, such as acupuncture.
Working as a Reflexologist for so many years I have worked with a wide variety of people of various ages seeking this beautiful treatment for a myriad of reasons. I continue my professional development by attending courses that enrich and enhance my practice.
Aside from loving my work, I am mother to my gorgeous shape-shifting teenage son. I find drawing to be a form of meditation and painting as a way to celebrate colour. I love walking in nature, the arts and am a big fan of Five-Rhythms dance, a form of meditation through movement.

Karen Allen-Jones
Registered Nutritional Therapist
I am a registered and qualified Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. I specialise in helping people with digestive problems, such as IBS, SIBO, reflux, diarrhoea, constipation or bloating. Suffering with these debilitating conditions can lead to exhaustion, anxiety and sometimes agony. I support my clients to regain control over their digestive systems so that they can enjoy the pleasure of eating again without having to worry about how their body is going to react.
My mission when working with clients is to reconnect them with the enjoyment of meal times, to make them realise they are not alone or worthless, and that they can stop that downward spiral and constantly feeling unwell. Are you desperate to get things sorted and leave this burden behind you? I can help.
I started my health journey suffering with terrible immune and energy problems. In my early 30s, I was exhausted, had terrible digestive and allergy issues and was living on grab on the go food. I thought I had tried everything to get better but nothing worked and I was watching my quality of life spiral down. Finally seeing a Nutritional Therapist, I was able to find out that I had adrenal exhaustion, candida, parasites, leaky gut, countless food intolerances and a lowered immune system. Taking that step and changing my diet was the best thing to ever happen to me. This first-hand experience has led me to a lifelong passion for transforming the health of my clients. I enrolled at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition for a 3 year course and qualified with a DipION.
I am fully insured and registered with the British Association for Nutritional and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CHNC). I work with clients from all walks of life with a common goal, to improve their digestive health.

Sian Morriss
Acupuncture
I graduated in 2010 with a BSc in Acupuncture from the internationally renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.
I specialise in the treatment of women’s health and have completed a postgraduate diploma in gynaecology, fertility and obstetrics.
Originally I come from a background in academia supporting Medical research in Internationally leading universities. I also lectured at the University of Reading and I am currently a Regional Support tutor to the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, supporting acupuncture student’s studies.
I have experienced the benefits of acupuncture firsthand. Treatment helped and left me feeling good. I was so impressed by the results I wanted to find out how it worked.
Chinese Medicine is a diagnostic system within itself. That means when you are treated by a Traditional Acupuncturist, they will diagnose your complaint according to Chinese Medicine. As a practitioner this provides the challenge of finding the root cause of the ailment through questioning the patient’s complaint and pulse and tongue diagnosis. This means I have to think and problem-solve. I enjoy that I am constantly learning and have the great pleasure of meeting many people from all walks of life while working to help them get well.
I have a young family and I love music. I play oboe, guitar and sing, having studied music and visual arts at Brighton University before becoming an acupuncturist. I also love traveling and meditation.
